Week Events (Sunday - Thursday)

Our weekday rentals are perfect for smaller, intimate events. Ideal for gatherings of up to 50 guests, each 4-hour minimum rental ensures your event is memorable.

Day Events (Between 10am-5pm): 4 hour rental starts at $345

Evening Events (Between 5pm-11pm): 4 hour rental starts at $375

Weekend Events (Friday and Saturday)

Choose from day or evening rentals to suit your celebration needs. Our venue is suitable for both casual gatherings and elegant parties. Packages range from 4-6 hours and include tables, chairs, linens, a wedding arch and a sound system.

Simple Vows Package: A ceremony-only option for those seeking simplicity. Priced at $550.

Beloved Vows Package: Host up to 70 guests with comprehensive amenities for a seamless celebration. Priced at $950.

Every rental includes exclusive use of the venue for the set duration, tables and chairs, plastic table covers, and a Bluetooth speaker.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your date and time, with the balance due prior to your scheduled event.

The production fee, which is 3% of the rental cost, covers the setup of the venue, including tables, chairs, and linens, as well as the teardown and sanitization of the space post-event.

Yes, late fees of $50 per 30 minutes are charged if your event exceeds the scheduled time. A $150 cleaning fee applies if the venue is not returned to its original state.

A $150 surcharge applies to rentals on specified holidays, and a $200 surcharge applies to New Year’s Eve rentals.

If the event is canceled within 24 hours of the contract date, the deposit is eligible for a 100% refund. If the event is canceled within 2 -5 days of the contract date, the deposit is eligible for an 85% refund. If the event is canceled beyond five days of the contracted date, the deposit is not eligible for refund. However, deposits can be transerfed to another date within 12 months of the original date. Transferred dates are subject to a $50 transfer fee.

Date and time changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing. A $50 change fee applies, and changes must be made within 12 months of the original date.

Additional hours can be added for $75 per hour.

Outside catering is permitted, but all decoration must comply with our guidelines—no open flames, nails, tacks or tap. All trash must be removed from the premises post-event.

Any damages to the venue’s property will be assessed and billed accordingly. It is crucial to follow all guidelines to avoid potential fees.

Yes, only approved tape from the venue and items can be used for hanging decorations. Staff assistance is required for any decoration setup that involves hanging or attaching items to the venue.
